Hate wheat? On a gluten-free diet? It can be tricky to find a truly tasty gluten-free treat. And, in honor of my wheat-avoiding friends and customers, I have made several attempts to bake with alternative flours. Kind of a mess.
That’s the bad news.
The good news is that my marshmallow lollipops, and several bon bon flavors (coffee, peanut butter and coconut) are absolutely wheat/gluten free.
So, while I go back in the kitchen and try to create a decadent gluten-free brownie, at least you can have a marshmallow, or bon bon, and wish me some gluten-free luck!
